Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled consultation, as well as missed appointments without prior notice, are generally non-refundable.

If We Need to Cancel

If CRYPTISIUM is unable to provide the scheduled consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Our services are delivered digitally through scheduled consultations. As no physical goods are supplied, this policy applies solely to advisory services provided by CRYPTISIUM.
